At the present time the post of Director General of JSC "Tatspirtprom" is held by Rashit Rakhipovich Shaikhoutdinov, a representative of a new generation of executives whose biography is closely associated with production activity. It might be for this reason that the engineer of town development and industrial construction, who was born on January 29, 1957 in the village of Nurlat of Buinsky District of TASSR, became the Doctor of Economics, the winner of Russian contest “Manager of the year 1999” in the category “Industry”, received special training in the Academy of national economy under the government of the Russian Federation according to the programme "President". For the second time Rashit Shaikhoutdinov has been elected to the supreme representative body of the republic – State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Confidence of constituents is not an advance but the result of successful management of the building company "Virazh" that built the modern motorway connecting Kazan and Ulianovsk. This achievement was marked by the honorary title "Honored Builder of Tatarstan Republic".

His own strategy, used when establishing business complex of OJSC "Tatspirtprom", has integrated the manufacture of alcohol and liqueur and vodka products, republican network of company outlets "Arysh Maye". Powerful structure of production and sale created competitive advantages that made it possible for the association to focus its resources on the further advance in all the regions of the Russian Federation.
