The company «Tatspirtprom» is one of the largest enterprises in Russia. It unites eight spirit and five liqueur and vodka plants of the Republic of Tatarstan and a winery in Kazan.
A powerful production and realization structure, which includes simultaneous production of spirit and liqueur and vodka products, dry granulated distiller's grains and feed yeast, as well as the wholesale and retail marketing networks, give the company serious competitive advantages on the market. In fact, all the company's enterprises present a unique complex of the sequential and non-waste grain processing.

Only high-quality food grain is used as a raw material for the production of rectified spirit. The total production capacity of the spirit plants amounts to 6,1 mln. decalitres per year. Dry distiller's grains are a perfect additive to the feed ration of farm animals, birds and fur animals. It surpasses the majority of other feed products in vitamin content.

The total production capacity of the liqueur and vodka plants of JSC «Tatspirtprom» is 9,6 mln. decalitres of alcoholic beverages per year. The company "Tatspirtprom" has gained the first place among the Russian leading spirit producers according to the volume of production issued in 2007 and the fifth place among the Russian leading manufacturers of vodka and liqueur and vodka products (according to the information of The National Alcoholic Association).

The feed factory of Buinsk city produces mixed feed on the basis of dry distiller's grains. The factory is one of the largest producers of mixed feed in the Republic of Tatarstan and the neighboring republics. The application of such technology as extrusion device and expander, as well as complete automatization and strict quality control on all the production stages allowed to set the output of high-quality mixed feed. The issued mixed feed meets the demands of the modern technology of cattle breeding. Moreover, the factory has gained the awards of the contests «The best products of the Republic of Tatarstan - 2007» and «100 best products of Russia -2007» for its production.

Due to the combination of huge production experience of the leading Russia's enterprises with the modern scientific developments and the latest technologies, the feed factory of Buinsk city offers its customers mixed feed produced specially for every client with consideration of various factors: animal breed, bird crossing, the productivity level and etc.

Breeding farm for 3500 sows

The breeding farm for 3500 sows was built in the village of Nurlat of Buinsk region of the Republic of Tatarstan on the initiative of JSC "Tatspirtprom" within the frame of the national project on development of pig breeding. The enterprise applies the latest technology of temperature condition maintenance, building ventilation, feed preparation and distribution, as well as reproduction, disposal, storage and utilization of manure, based on the automatization and software providing regulation and control of production processes.
A significant mechanization of operations allows the team of 32 people to perform complete servicing of the breeding farm.

The plan is to complete the breeding farm with pigs of Large White breed and Landrace selection of the German company "RHG Hirschmann Hybrid Gmbh".
The above-mentioned breeds are characterized by a high genetic productivity potential.
The breeding farm will be launched in the first half-year of 2008. The planned production of weaned piglets in the age of 21 days old will amount to 72000 heads per year.

Pig complex for Tri-X replacement gilts growing and pig fattening

The pig complex for Tri-X replacement gilts growing and pig fattening was built on the initiative of JSC "Tatspirtprom" within the framework of the national project in the village of Taushkasy of the Cyvilsk region of the Chuvash Republic. This pig complex is designated for growing weaned pigs taken from the breeding farm, and subsequently for fattening of boars up to live weight of 110 kg.

The special program also involves growing and brood realization of 25000 Tri-X replacement gilts per year. This allows to make a considerable improvement of the productivity indicators of pigs and the economic effectiveness of pig breeding in the agricultural enterprises of the Volga region.

The enterprise is equipped with the latest equipment providing a complete automatization and control over feeding processes, disposal, storage and utilization of manure, as well optimal microclimate maintenance in the buildings.
It is planned to produce 4400 tones of pork live weight with minimal grease content per year. Taking into consideration the annual rejection of 1500 sows from the breeding farm the realization of pork will increase by 300 tones. The total realization volume will amount to 4700 tones of pork and 25000 replacement gilts per year.

Veterinarian clinic of the International Horse-Racing Complex

Types of activity:
1. Functional diagnostics of diseases: radiography, ultrasound scanning, endoscopy, electrocardiography monitoring
2. Prevention of infectious and infested diseases
3. Therapy
4. Surgery
5. Physiotherapy: laser exposure, inhalations, shock wave therapy
6. Blood and urine examination (biochemical and hematologic examination)

Laboratory of Drug-control of the International Horse-Racing Complex

The laboratory has been functioning from October, 2005. In accordance with the unique classification of the Association of Racing Commissioners International Inc., the laboratory performs a screening test of 5 elements, forbidden in the horseracing.
Moreover, the laboratory of Drug-control was accredited as a Testing Center in November 16, 2006.

The testing center is notable for a significantly broad accreditation sphere, which embraces all kinds of food products, agricultural products and animal feed.

In the testing center of the laboratory of Drug-control the following researches are performed:
1. Analysis of feed for animals and livestock products (checking for toxicological safety, vitamin content, sugars, irreplaceable higher fatty acids, amino acids, macro- and microelements and etc.)
2. Infection diagnostics of farm animals, domestic animals and birds by method of Polymerase Chain Reaction
3. Authenticity control of pharmaceuticals
4. Analysis of pharmacokinetics and metabolism of pharmaceuticals
5. Identification of genetically modified ingredients in the feed and food products
